Email is the only way to reach the WritSpeak Team. We reply within two working days (Monday to Friday).
What to write about
- Getting a plan. Tell us which plan you want and your country. We reply with the price, the billing period and the payment instructions.
- An access code that does not work, or a plan that has ended.
- A payment problem or a refund. See the refund policy first. Include the date and the amount you paid.
- Seeing or deleting what is saved for your code. Write the last 4 characters of your code. See the privacy policy.
- A mistake in a check or a bug on the site. Tell us which page, what you did and what you saw.
Please do not send
Never email passwords, bank card numbers or your full access code. We will never ask for them.
Response time
Working days are Monday to Friday. Messages sent at a weekend or on a public holiday are answered on the next working day. If you have not had a reply after two working days, write again with the subject "Second message".
